Launch Complex Maintenance & Exploitation Coordinator As part of the “Launch System Operations” team, you are in charge to define the right level of Maintenance & Exploitation tasks to fulfill MaiaSpace operational objectives. You will act as an autonomous leader, with the following duties: Define the Facilities & Ground Process Maintenance Needs and High Level Requirements Analyze of the different industrial organization schemes that allow achieving the recurring costs targets Be the main interface of CNES local team and Ground partners, in particular to : Manage subcontractors activities Validate and negotiate extraworks Manage anomalies on Facilities and “Servitudes” (HVAC, Energy, …) Drive continuous improvements tasks on this perimeter Be accountable of Launch Complex Facilities availability for the acceptance phasis, combined tests phasis and first campaigns Prepare and manage the exploitation phasis (mechanical and fluidics process maintenance plan, revalidation plan, …) Take an active part in the “Launch System Operations” team’s life and on the MaiaSpace activities management on the Launch Site Qualifications and Skills Master degree or equivalent in mechanics or fluidics engineering > 10 years of professional experience in the field of facilities management Sound knowledge of mechanical and fluidics process maintenance Ability to define and manage maintenance contracts Autonomous, proactive attitude towards resolution of problems Team player with the ability to collaborate with people from different disciplines Knowledge or practice of Agile methodology Date and working site Launch Site : Kourou, French Guiana Desired start date: September 2026 Working at MaiaSpace You will be joining a friendly multi-disciplinary team, comprised of multi-skilled people, following Agile and Scrum methodologies. This means that your role and responsibility may evolve over time with varied assignments and challenges depending on priorities and competences. The Company has offices in Paris and industrial/test facilities in Vernon (Normandie), and the launch site is located in French Guyana. Written and spoken communication is in French and English.
